MONTROSE BAY YACHT CLUB
Fees Relating to Boat Hire, Entries, Protests and Related Services
1. Entry Fees.
Casual visitors are welcome to sail in any race and a prescribed fee shall apply
per yacht, including crew. 2017/18 Fee $10.00

For a visiting crewmember, or non-sailing club member who wishes to sail on a
club registered yacht a prescribed fee for each race shall apply. An exemption for
MBYC from rule 46 is being requested. 2017/18 Fee $5.00
For an invitation race a prescribed fee per visiting yacht will be applied. 2017/18
Fee $3.00
No fees shall be charged for competitors participating in organized interclub
exchange races.
Late entries may be at the discretion of a member of the Sailing Committee and
will require payment of a prescribed fee. 2017/18 Fee $5.00
2. Protests.
A prescribed fee must accompany every protest. 2017/18 Fee $10.00
3. Boat Hire
Hire of Club Boat, per day. 2017/18 Fee $15.00
Hire of Club Boat per season 2017/18 $150.00
All fees must be paid to the Club Treasurer, or, if he or she is not available, to a
member of the Sailing Committee.
